10% might seem low for completing Korgan's quest but you also have to keep in mind that only 30% of BG2:EE owners escaped the starting dungeon since achievements have been implemented.
ive done about 50 playthroughs and only have like 2 achievements lol
They seem to have the same recurring problems in all of these "Enhanced edition" games. At least with the "reach level 30 with....." achievements, which generally don't seem to work properly without moving the character to the leader position and sometimes even that doesn't seem to work.
Also maybe it's just me but I'm more surprised games like Dark souls 2 and 3 have something like a 20-30% finish rate based on the achievements when they are generally touted as being very difficult games.
