Ust Natha (Drow City) - Little Details and Quirks

I've been trying to find a detailed guide of Ust Natha for all the little things you can do there but so far just found the obvious lists like the quests and such.

Anyone know some details about how you can interact with the city?
-Like is there a way to save the people from the spiders without raising the alarm?
-I know about the two different Arena's in the inn are there other stuff like that elsewhere?
-I know you can save the slaves in the NW without raising the alarm if you've done enough of the quest line to be respected.
-I know about the slave detonation(s) on the 2nd floor of the inn

Anyone able to add to this? Little things not main or side quest related.
On a side note i've beaten this game like 15 times, but not ONCE gone evil, any neat small or big difference for neutral or evil characters going through an welcoming Evil Town? Can you keep the disguise too and stay drow?

You cannot keep the disguise - you either have to reveal yourself to stop the eggs from being given to the demon lord, or the demon lord will reveal your identity out of spite.

You can however get the +4 halberd Blackmist if you give him the eggs.

Ive taken Adalon's quest for the eggs and changed into a drow but the gate guard isnt there...
