Where's my saves folder?
I can find it very easily in the origianal version, but steam seems to hide the bloody things... can someone give me directions?

BG:EE saves to C:\Users\**UserName**\Documents\Baldur's Gate - Enhanced Edition

I haven't installed BG2:EE yet, but my first guess would be a similar folder structure.

thats the problem though i look in that location and its not there like i said steam always seems to hide saves from me

You have 0.1 hours so far, did you actually save anything yet? Maybe it doesn't create the folder until there is something to put in it.

i've playd it a ton actually i just do it offline beccause i dont have net all day and for some reason steam doesnt think to add your offline hours to your online hours

Yeah, I forgot about that. I looked in other threads and they all reference C:\Users\**UserName**\Documents\Baldur's Gate II - Enhanced Edition

Are you maybe looking in the wrong user?
Such as running Steam as an admin, but looking for the folder in a regular user's directory?

You could try turning on show hidden files and folders, though I don't know why they would be hidden.

normally hidden files and folders are .exe so yea i dont think it'd be hidden by the comp

Normally it is system folders and cache data, but any folders and files can be made hidden.

Since you don't want to enable that, copy:
C:\Users\**UserName**\Documents\Baldur's Gate II - Enhanced Edition

Replace **UserName** with your username, and replace C:\ with your drive, if it isn't C:\
Paste it into the address bar, and enter.

eh it's not a huge deal i just got 10 games from the first version but i can just play the first version i'm doing a full playthrough of both games anyway

pretty much but all they did was enhance the graphics and change the ui so the saves should be interchangeable just like the mods are
