Chapter 3 sidequests
Hi everybody.
Reading about the game content distribution between it chapters, there is a consensus that chapter 2 and 3 are the biggest ones.
The problem is that i didnt found any side quest or secundary quest in chapter 3, and neither my world map was updated.
I already disbanded the vampire guild and i am ready for chapter 4, but i like to complete every bit of the game.
I am sure i did every chapter 1 quest and i also completed 48 quests on chapter 2.
How can chapter 3 be one of the longest in game, if i didnt find any side quest and it didnt add new places to my world map?

Thanks

because in Chapter 3 you can still do the same content as Chapter 2. The point of no return is you heading to SpellHold (chapter 4), not you agreeing to side with Bodhi or Gaelan. It all just depends on whether you rushed the payment or you take your time. The biggest difference between 2 and 3 is that in 3 you've picked a side, in 2 you haven't, everything else is the same. It's conceivable for a good aligned CHARNAME and party to rush the payment to Gaelan and then get stomped by Bodhi's crew and decides that they probably need to gather more power before they could confidently try to rescue Imoen. So in that scenario that player would have spent a lot of time in Chapter 3 doing all the sidequests.

I see. For me it was very easy to fight Bodhi crew, i am level 15 already and, since i have done every sidequests i could, my gear is very good. Bodhi didnt even hit me. The only thing i havent done yet is killing that lich that isnt alone in the bridge district. Going to chapter 4 is a point of no return? I wont have access to Ann after moving to ch 4?

You'll be able to return during Ch.6.

If your party are all around level 15, you should be able to do the Twisted Rune fight just fine in my opinion.

You can indeed return to the city during chapter 6, a lot of sidequests will still be available, but there are exceptions, there are definitely some that will no longer be available.

If you have a stronghold, their timers will be paused during chapter 4-5, however certain time sensitive quests will be unpaused as soon as you enter chapter 6, this could in some cases cause you to fail those time sensitive quests because the travel time between you and wherever the quest is might be too much.

For example if you have the thief stronghold and fail to pay Renal's cut or is away from the guild for too long he takes the guild away from you. I don't remember the exact day limit, but let's say it's 7 days and you had been away from the guild for 6.5 days and then you went off to Spellhold. It will take more than half a day to get back to the guild after you start chapter 6, so you will lose the stronghold.
