Your Steam key activation has been revoked by the publisher of the game, because a pre-release beta or test period has ended. The content associated with this Steam key can no longer be used as a result.

I'm having the same issue. Did you, by any chance, buy it on Fanatical? Because I bought it there and assume that the issue is on their side, although I've never had any problems with their keys before.

Send a support ticket to fanatical if bought there. They will sort if out for you. Sometimes, but rarely, a publisher will revoke the wrong batch.

Yeah, I bought the 1and 2 part there. The first one is fine, but the second one has just been revoked
Well... I just got a reply from Fanatical tech support. Quick response, however, but disappointing.

I am sorry about this issue.

I can see the order in question is very old and as such it appears the keys have been removed from Steam by the developers of the game. Because of this the game is no longer redeemable.

We provide a warranty on our keys of 30 days. A key is valid unless somebody else redeems it, or the developers of the game remove the key from Steam, both will result in a 'duplicate key' message from Steam.

If we had replacement keys available then even after this period of time we would have swapped then for you, but our spare keys have also been removed from Steam.

I am sorry but we are not able to help with this problem. Please ensure you redeem any other older keys you may have. You might find that different developers haven't removed the keys from Steam and the games will still activate.

Oh no. That is not the correct response at all. Reply back with the revoke message from steam. Also you can join discord and do a help ticket if Kim doesn't end up helping.

This is not the first and far from the last time this has been done to us. But we know what we're getting into when we buy games on Steam or any other service - we don't own the game, we just get access to a subscription and developers/publishers have the right to take games away from us whenever they want. Sad but true.

This happened recently with Sony, specifically with Ghost of Tsushima, when people from so many countries where you can't officially register PSN were forced to return the game and left without being able to play it.
I also experienced this, and shortly before that Ubisoft shut down the online servers of The Crew, effectively burying the game, as it can no longer be played online and there aren't even offline or pirated versions.

I see some of you are from the Ukraine. I wonder if this only happened with CIS keys or not only.

And I got another response from customer service:
