Changing Edwina back to Edwin (via Console)
Hello,
I do not have the patience for roughly 12 ingame days for Degardan to spawn. So I tried console but nothing is happening?
I tried both
CreateCreature("<DEGARD>")
as well as
C:SetGlobal("DegardanSpawn","GLOBAL",1)
that's what I found online,
and visited the Graveyard but he's nowhere to be found... I am in Chapter 2 right now.
Anyone having some experience with console commands and can help me? Did I do anything wrong?
I am running Edwin Romance Mod but that shouldn't interfere...?

I would think it is almost guaranteed that your Romance mod interferes. It adds a whole new set of flags, dialouge, romance quest stages and all that comes with that.

Sadly i am not very god with the problem you have, changing scripted events, so i hope someone else can carry the torch.

there is a console command to advance real time that might do the trick AdvanceRealTime(<int>)

the mod itself takes Edwina into account so I suppose the Modder thought about that but it might aswell be that console commands do not work like they should, you're right...

but since I am also a big noob regarding console commands, chances are high I just did something wrong.

Hmm that might do the trick indeed... I was considering to do a lot of traveling instead but this might also work.
Would it be AdvaneRealTime(<12>) for 12 days for eg?

I think it is in hours... so 12 days would be 12 x 24 = 288 hours - the in game messages will confirm this. I know this will also advance romances dialog etc too.

Hm. Then it might be a risky thing to do. Missing stuff etc. I would rather just spawn the guy. Or maybe I just... do a lot of resting and traveling...

I wish there was a way to see how many ingame days have past, I am sometimes super anxcious with events like these that have tendecy to be buggy and I seriously don't want Edwina longer than I have to.

Edit: okay it seems the Mod actually added a lot of funny dialogues for this situation too. Maybe I should just play the game, lol.
