How to replace the portrait of Viconia from the second part with the portrait from SoD?

Create in your BG2 Main directory an "override" folder.
Download the Sod Portrait for Viconia.
The name of the 3 bmp files should be:
NVICONL
NVICONM
MVICONS
Place them in your override folder.
It should work.

Yeah, only the file should be called NVICONM/L/S, I spent an hour trying to figure out what I did wrong . But thanks anyway!
