Aerie Romance any good?

Playing BG1 at the moment (but soon to be importing that character to BG2) and was wondering if the Aerie romance is worth seeing? I did Viconia and Jaheria (albeit a long time ago and don't really remember much of the romances) But never did Aerie because I found her a bit whiny and annoying...Is she worth it though doing at least once? Or, would I be better served to revisit the Jaheria Romance or Viconia

(I also did Neera last time I played...which was a few years ago)

yes yes it is, they are all good (at least the women).

Do suggest grabbing romance mod obviously and also Aerie of Wings which even adds a bit more story to her that fits well and is well done.

But ya the whole point is they are all people that grow and grow more so when in a romance.
Jah (getting over a certain big event with previous lover + her certain group way of thinking)
Vic (getting past being her race in more ways then 1)
Aerie (getting more mature and accepting of how life is, toughing up for being a adventurer)

Aerie becomes the Goddess of the Mystical & Divine Art. And once she accepts herself as your better half she is quite pleasant. The Whiny "I'm badly hurt" becommes less of an issue.

Ah...gotcha. Annoying at the start...but, well worth it in the end. Thanks for the info. I guess i'll give her a shot then!

The carry over into Throne of Bhaal for Aerie is nice (IMHO).

Also Aerie is the only romance NPC that can give you a baby that you carry around in your backpack and you can even put it into a bag of holding, which is hilarious in my opinion.

You can play 5 Fighter types and just take Aerie as your single Mage/Priest. Great fun.
