Anomen Quest Trigger?
I don't konw why, my game didn't trigger anomen's quest. I've recruit him for like more than 10 days and later I tried keep sleeping for 31 days. But the quest never started. I've also tried remove him and recuit again, but still doesn't work.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

It's hard to say if this is broken for you or not, since it's still random. I just had his quest trigger for me and I did all of the eyeless/sewer missions before it occured. I would just keep him in your party and continue to travel through the game.

Don't you have to travel between areas for it to trigger first? I'm constantly going around so I never had any problem triggering companions quests. I do know that the game engine has to refresh this kind of stuff and sometimes the code gets forgotten, so you have to quit to main menu and reload from there for it to reload the trigger
All I know is that tricks like "sleeping for 31 days" have never worked for me. Anomen's quest always was triggered at a random point of game progress. Often between day 9 and 12 and doing other quests.

No wonder. I thought sleep is the fastest way to trigger because I've done that with other NPCs' quests and they all worked. Guess Anomen is an exception?

Well it's been a long time and I still didn't get the quest triggered. Does anyone have a save file that just triggered Anomen's quest and haven't solve it? That's the one last trophy I haven't get. Many thanks...
You mean you've tried it several times since May 3rd and the quest has never started?

Yes, u r right... and I can't get the CLUAConsole work either even if I do exactly as the forum instructed.

Yeah, I agree with u. But there's trophy that relates to this bastard.

In my opinion, Sir Anomen is one of the better NPCs in the game. Now you may attack me if you feel the urge to do so.

Not going to. Your opinion is yours, and mine is mine.

Anomen's quest has to be started with console by SPAWNING the messenger thats supposed to deliver the news, and the next tier of the quest is started by console THE SAME WAY, but spawning the knight that tells him its the time for his trial. You can use google to check the names and IDS of both characters, you'll eventually find them. Can't remember them after I had a rage fit because one mod got corrupted, then corrupted all the game itself and I lost over 120 hours

Better be a trophy for telling him to slot off in the copper coronet. And one for making him fail his entrance tests, go mad, then murder him in the wilderness. Yeah, he had it coming though.

To the OP: This is actually a common problem. Use the console command: C:CreateCreature("TERL") and that would spawn the messenger

SPOILER: Take notice that later on Sir Ryan Thrawl is also supposed to come for Anomen, and if that doesn't happen you'll have to spawn him too. Let me know if you need the codes for him as well.

Actually if they dispute your point you can always ask them to fact check their claims. Anomen is indeed one of the best NPCs in the game as you put it. In fact, I rate him 2nd best overall. He's an awesome fighter, and a great Cleric. And for as arogant as he is, the guy is the only companion that truly listens to you and allow you to shape him nicely. I never understood the Anomen hate.
