BG2 planar prison

I have played this game numerous times and now with EE can;t find the oib in the planar porison.; I have killed everything but still can;t find it. Is this a glitch?

Are you talking about the orb that you get from the 2nd-in-command that, after you destroy it, the Thralls all turn on the Warden? I found it post 2.x, but had a different problem (for the 1st time ever, the Thralls actually managed to kill the Warden, robbing me of good xp and a solid fight).

I found it too in my last playthrough. (April 21st 2016 according to my achievement unlock)

I just found it again; the Master of Thralls drops it. I actually tried to not use it for a tougher time battling the clusters of enemies. Tough slog, but I think more xp and loot than I otherwise would have gotten...

I figured tha tout but now it is different . I went back to may original disk, you can imagine how old it is and some things do not work but the map is fine.
