you could convice her to stay a vampire or even make you a vampire as well.
I believe. If in romance. You can convince her not to kill herself but its what she wants, its been 300 years, she wants release.
restoring her to 'life' restores her soul, so when she dies she can go to some afterlife.
3 - 3 - 2 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 2 - 1 - 1
(dialog with no responses not included)
So with romance achieved, French version, game version 2.6.6.0, past dialog with Cabrina, this worked:
2 - 1 - 2 - 1 - 2 - 1 - 1 (no other choice than 1)
Nothing obvious, there's many possibilities and why this one worked and not many other is nothing clear even if this specific sequence can make sense.
As other posts quoted it's right that it's just a matter to convince her, you don't get the feeling your force her to do something she doesn't want (unlike with Keldorn when he explain he wants quit adventuring). So that's gentle with player, knowing the right sequences of choices, he can also choose keep Hexxat without any remorse but hardly at first try.
That said if it's touching, and there's some sense with all companions rejecting her, if you dig a little and if I understand the full story, the whole affair doesn't make sense:
- She didn't had a long life as a vampire, she was not a vampire and got trapped in a tomb along centuries.
- Her only life as a vampire was with party, ok a handful of companions reject her brutally, but that's just a handful of companions along some months, from a character as mature than Hexxat it makes no sense she concludes she can't endure this life.
- It's even more incoherent with a romance achieved.
- There's nothing else justifying it's so terrible even if for sure it requires her use the cape, and she will have to manage an eternity until death.
- There's nothing justifying that die as a human is anything better than as a vampire. That's the choice leading to keep her in party, but it's so obvious that it's very artificial it's hidden behind a limited and specific series of dialog choices, obviously an artificial way to ensure the player will get once the emotional ending.
I'm not saying it's a bag of bad writing, but it's lacking of rigor and precision care.
