Any spell to avoid aoe spells?

Hi, everyone!!

Im having some trouble with enemy aoe spells like ¿fire storm? (I dont know the name) of liches. Are there any wizzard spell to protect from some of this wizzard aoe spells? To buff my F/M and send him and keep the rest safe from behind

I will usually just make my party walk out of the radius. If you're using a dragon disciple he should be immune to fire. You could also try spells (I think protection from elements) or summons, such as fire elemental (immune to fire damage) and some equipment that resists fire.

There are several spells that are element specific, IE, protection from fire, cold, acid, electricity, even magical energy (magic missiles, skull trap. There are also generic one use protection scrolls and potions that do the same. Minor Globe of Invulnerability (4th level spell) will protect you from being affected by spells of 3rd level and lower. This includes Fireball, Skull Trap, Lightning Bolt, and others. Globe of Invulnerability (6th level IIRC) does the same but adds 4th level spells which includes Ice Storm, Confusion, and others. Fire Storm is an 8th level mage and 7th level cleric spell. The only protection for it is to use potions and protection scrolls. There are a few items which provide protection from fire (rings, shields, helmets, and even a suit of hard to get armor).

Ok, thanks!! Its because its a loche in the doors of Antkhala Who use It just from the begginig and kill all my party haha

Try to enter that door carrying a Rouge Stone. Disarm trap first on the doors there.

Ah yes. There you can just run out of the small room and wait a bit, for each AOE spell, OR: Protection of Fire (50%) Scrolls from Temples and The Potions Of Fire Resistance (red potions) Stack to 100 %. Easy Peasy.

Trouble with liches generally are Timestop + Gate in your face.

Yes, that liche uses Gate too... The *#*#*#* demon and the liche... So hard haha
