Google or your favorite search engine finds several. Perhaps start with a clear and concise guide such as the following:
--> https://lilura1.blogspot.com/2019/01/The-Rules-of-Dual-Classing-A-Step-by-Step-Guide-to-Dual-Classing.html
And then skim over other guides in an attempt at verifying that you've understood the concept.
You need at least 15 in the "Prime Stats" for the class you want to dual into.
This means you can make a Fighter that has 10 STR, and be able to dual to mage if INT is at least 15. Druid has the hardest Stat requirements of the lot, as you need Charisma and Wisdom. Starting as Fighter you "need" decent STR, DEX and CON (this also ofc has effect once you are done dual classed and becomes the Bhaal Powerhouse..)
Just note that you can't Dual Class *into* a subclass, only from one, so whilst you can go Swashbuckler->Mage you can't go Fighter->Swashbuckler.
