Aeerie stuck in ogre form

Hello I just did the circus and aeerie is stuck as an ogre even after i killed kallah. Anyway to fix without reloading my save?

Dispel Magic? Or if you have the console enabled, try placing the cursor on her and hitting Ctrl-R.

It's a very old bug, use Keeper to fix it.

I tried using ctrl+R after following this advice https://www.reddit.com/r/baldursgate/comments/5xxwzq/how_do_i_access_console_on_steam_purchased_bg2ee/

but it seems to not be doing anything?

Although I've never run into that bug with Aerie before:

Have you enabled the v2 console?

Also, this bug (which happens sometimes) will be fixed in the 2.5 version.
