Can I wipe out Ust Natha?
I don't like pretending to be a Drow, I don't like them. I don't like having to be evil, or doing their deeds..
I've already proven that my party can wipe them out effortless, but I loaded a previous save, because I'm not sure if I'll bug something out by wiping them all out.

Various players have cleared Ust Natha before, and it should still work in v2.5, too.

As long as you get the dragon eggs you can proceed with the quest as usual. If you don't have the eggs you will need to kill the dragon to get an item that unlocks the exit.

Personally I wouldn't recommend it if it's your first playthrough, but you certainly can. There's a good number of quests that you get access to, and they aren't all about pretending to be an evil scumbag. You even get to work with some good people, as rare as they are in that portion of the game.

You could always do the quests and then just before the end wipe them all out I suppose.

I'm not entirely sure on how it'll end up balancing up, but what I'm sure is that by preemptively wiping out the city you'll lose access to quests inside the city, and from them to the quest experience they grant that gets added individually to each character in your party, so in the end it'd sum up quite a lot.

I'm not totally sure if all the XP from killing the normal drows around (that gets divided by the number of total party members) would end up summing up to match the total quest experience you'll end up losing (quest XP that's added individually to each of your party members separately.)

So, at least is something to keep in mind and maybe test before you commit to a path.

yeah what I do is do all the quests for the XP, then come back later and wipe them out. lets you access a few extra areas behind wardstones for more murder. theres a lich, theres a house Jaelat, theres a qulioe or something, so a bunch of people you can murder extra this way by putting up with it.

its not that long of a quest line. you also get an extra murder case of heroes in the underdark you get to run into and murder

so yeah I'd recommend sticking with it for the hefty quest XP and then just murder them after completion.

not sure if someone already answered this but i did all the quests in ust natha, so got all exp and items etc, then right at the end as your're fleeing the city i just killed literally everyone :)

Good items in drow city. Loot and exp with interesting combats too.
Milk Ust Natha =)
I usually do all dark elf quests, and when mathron mother is dead and I have the eggs, I go and kill everyone in the city. You can start right after the triple betrayal quest. And this way you can get maximum exp from Ust Natha

Well I've done as you guys recommended. Got all the exp Ust Natha had to offer, and then washed its floor with dark elves' blood.

Thanks!
