Carsomyr is still a very powerful weapon, but if you are making an Inquisitor then you will already be up to your elbows in dispells. Or if you want to brink Keldoran along for a Paladin buddy duo, you can make use of both!
though longswords have the double damage to dragons sword which is more in line with a sword and board cavalier.
