My mages can't write Wish.

I have Aerie, Jan and Haer'Dalis. None of them have any 9th level spells written.

What am I missing?

Did you find any scrolls? You don't get the spell for free on mages unless you are a sorcerer, I believe. Except for HLAs

Also Haer'Dalis can't reach level 9 spells.

Yup, know he can't but he should be able to write it I think?

I found a scroll in Watcher's Keep.

As of BG2EE you need INT 18 to learn lvl 9 spells; all mages except Edwin will require the aid of potions, gears or permanent stat boosts to scribe 9th lvl spells.

Thanks. Boosted Aerie temporarily and she got it. Will probably never get to cast it... but it looks good on her spellbook :P

Would have given her Lum's boost but my fighter is Illithid fodder and I needed that
