What foes have it?
I know dragons and demons do, but who else has it?

I hadn't noticed it on those things, they tend to have a continegency that fires at the start of whatever that goes off with it. Tons of things do.

Contingencies are rather annoying like that.

I know the Lemures, and one of the animals (I think it's Worgs), in SoD have it. Some of the Liches in ToB and Watcher's Keep have it too. I think all the enemies who are immune to Time Stop have it as well.

Most casters who are high enough level will have a Dispel Illusion or True Seeing memorized, but I'm not sure how many have the innate version.

Most of the creatures that are being claimed to "have it" are actually popping off combat contingencies or spell triggers as stated above (I suggest you use them, as they can be immensely beneficial). You need the right spells to knock off protections and things, and in the right order (think it was spell thrust, breach, then you can use a dispell to remove many others ( so long as you primarily knock off that globe of invulnrability and any iron skin type buffs that are annoying for weapon using characters)). Read your spell descriptions carefully. Liches and dragons aren't a problem for prepared mages and well geared combat characters. Use a stealthy thief to trigger mages to cast truesight as well. If you know an encounter is coming up, stealth, run up till the character is on screen. They will then begin to cast truesight. At which you COULD outright attack them, but I would recommend just backing up till they are off screen (their dialog won't trigger until they actually see one of your PCs). Just rest an hour, and the spell will be gone, and they won't have it back (unless that has been changed in the EE version) , allowing you to mass invis your whole party and park them right beside the @$$h0le. For instance the final encounter in the planar sphere. When you come up to the final wizard who wants the sphere for himself, you can use this to basically get rid of his truesight buff (you can also try casting dispell after he finishes casting it to forcibly remove the buff, but this works better if you are a mage/thief with decent sneak abilities. Cast dispell and immediately upon completion stealth again to negate the possibility of the spell triggering the NPC to move. At which point you can also just hurl fireballs at the location of the NPC from off screen and get a good head start on taking them down.

In fact did you know you can cast Doom (given that it sticks (about a 50/50 chance really)) on a dragon to lower its saving throws and then lower resist and greater malison to the point that even magic missile will affect them? The game isn't necessarily a hack and slash (but it can be played as one). Gotta think outside the box at times, and eventually it will trivialize most encounters.

I was asking due to soloing insane with sorc.
And i've noticed a few enemies can see right through imp invis/spell immunity div/abj and mislead/same immunities. so i was just wondering if inate truesight doesn't have a spell school thus breaching my protections
And yes i did know the cheese stuff with Dragons but if i was gona do that i'd fod them

Example: Was just in underdark near the bridge at the start, had mislead/prot imun abj/div (just wanted to walk past) and the fish-man wizzard instantly spotted me without any spells being cast and nothing in the log about magic tatto/scripted triggers

I would consider Imp invis + spell immunity div to be somewhat of a chesse in itself. that said I normally deal with difficult enemies by sending summons against them and waiting for their protections to wear off, then hitting them with a big stick.

Well it's my combo for traversing the map without any trouble from the random spawns

one would think Improved invisibility alone would allow you to do that. not like random spawns have any source of truesight.

Spell immunity has a reasonably short duration.

Would think it would be easiest to use EEkeeper.
