Wheel of Obliteration portral in ToB is unclickable. Please help!

Doing the Deepstone Mines quest, where you have to fight Alorgoth and Yxtrazzal the shadow dragon in the shadow plane and get the Wheel of Obliteration from Yxtrazzal to open a portal. Upon grabbing and waiting for Alorgoth to do his dialogue and opening the portal to leave, it is unclickable thus leaving you stuck in the area with the constant meteors raining down, massive shadow creature spawns and Alorgoth being unkillable while "Near Death". Tried numerous times and many different work arounds to no avail, for the last 2 hours.

Any ideas, what to do about this or somehow I'm doing something wrong?

We do not have Rasaad in the party, which would be dumb if you NEEDED him for the quest. It appears to be a bug WITHOUT him, and having him wouldn't cause this to happen. If all we need is to have him, where is he located in ToB so I can go get him for this quest?

It is Rasaad's quest, isn't it? You must have had Rasaad in the party in SoA to get that quest (Gamaz, later Alorgoth).

But my brother and I dont have Rasaad in ToB. We didn't bring him with us. But it's kinda lame that YOU NEED him, and that shouldn't have to be the case. Is there a place to find Rasaad in ToB to grab him for the quest?

In ToB you can summon EE NPCs through the Fate Spirit, just like other NPCs.

I've already checked the Fate Spirit in the Charname's Pocket Plane, and Rasaad isn't available on the list of NPCs to summon.
