Hey, can you first please lower your graphic settings in the main menu, and then try. Maybe your PC is trying to load all epic settings and it sadly can't :(

I'm sorry for that
Changed settings now freezes on main menu,, uninstalled/installed still the same ????

What are your specs? Is your PC powerful enough to run the game?

Uninstall, install does nothing, first delete Unreal Lust Theory folder from: C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Local

And then when you open the game, set the lowest possible settings please

Press the Windows logo Key + R to launch the Run dialog box. Once the box opens, type %LOCALAPPDATA% and press “Enter”.
The "Unreal Lust Theory" folder should be there:ult_deal_with_it:

No problem, we will figure something out, eventually :steamhappy: Taking everything and what Seenko said into consideration, you have to:

1. Delete Unreal Lust Theory folder from:

C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Local

If you don't see the "Appdata" folder, you can get there by doing this:

Press the Windows logo Key + R to launch the Run dialog box. Once the box opens, type in %localappdata% and press “Enter”.

2. Start the game and set the lowest possible settings

And about your specs again. I just wanted to make sure I got you right. According to the Amazon page:

https://www.amazon.com/MSI-Katana-Gaming-Laptop-B13VFK-835US/dp/B0CG7NVGQ2?th=1

MSI KATANA I7 you mentioned has:

CPU: 13th Gen i7
RAM 32 / 64 GB
Graphic Cart: RTX 4060 / RTX 4070

right? :ult_shoot:
If so, then it should be capable to run ULT without any problems
