I hear there is a debug mod. how do use this?
i use cheat engine and at one point or another cheat engine breaks =/

no mod, mode Ctrl + Shift, and click the pi symibol π

Did you mean the tilde key? Oh nevermind, I found it.

Is there a debug tool to kill specific colins, or is random all we got?

Afraid there's just random. But you could assign just that one colin to a very dangerous mission and keep everyone else in the fort, then turn on "all hurting" debug setting and advance by 1 day. They'll either be injured or (hopefully) killed.
