Dr Agbayani's Research missing?!

I did Dr Agbayani's Quest and got his research at the start of the game...but I find myself Abbotsford, talking to Jesse...and I don't have it?! I don't know what went wrong! Is there some way to flip that flag in my save? Maybe with the debug console or something? I can't do everything all over again from scratch!

Just load the previous city you were in (I hope you have a save there just before leaving), leave normally, go to the city where you get the research, delete the city save to get a new city, finish that city, go to Abbotsford, delete Abbotsford city save (you don't have the research there), enter (now with the research and everything else), and do it again.

That worked, thank you. Since I'd effectively beaten both maps, I just pulled up the debug menu and used the "grow fort" option to take over the entire map, "get colinss" to bring in survivors. After that it was just a matter of running the faction leaders' requests. I just made the cure. ON TO VANCOUVER FOR THE WIN!!! So excited!
