green demon death bugs

i had a bug occur when trying the green demon challenge. it killed me while i was grabbing one of the moving platforms and i fell onto the ground below, and when i respawned i kept the momentum that i had while grabbing, which clipped me out of bounds. it reset when i died to the death plane.

also it's possible to survive being reduced to 0 hp by the green demon if you grab a token piece on the same frame it touches you. i also managed to survive by grabbing or jumping off a wall on the same frame it touches you (i think? i was mashing buttons) and by collecting the money on the conveyor belts on the same frame. these still reset the challenge

and not as big of a deal, but if it kills you above the kill plane, you'll respawn twice - once from the fall and once from being out of health.

there's also another funny bug where if you get killed while in the water at the fountain you get softlocked and have to restart the game

to add onto this there's also a bug where if the green demon kills you while in one of the wind stream pillars it will also softlock you
