How can I go from one planet to another in survival mode?

I have completed all the achievements and all the buildings on the world I was born in. There is nothing left to do here. How do I go to other planets?

When you start the game click create world, when that pops up Echo Prime is the planet your looking at. You can click around and see other planets, the only other planet that is available right now is Ocean World. More planets are coming..

To confirm, there is no travel option between planets. Once you are done with a planet you have to create a new game featuring the another planet. There is no rocket or any other option to fly you to another planet.
