Grainy/blurry graphics on large screens

The game has a grainy visual overlay that's barely noticeable on small screens, but terribly distracting on large screens 50 inch. 1 grain is 2-5 pixels that stays stationary as you move. It's like looking through a camera that a moose sneezed on.
Now, I'm assuming this was done intentionally to give a visual "helmet glass" feel in-game, as it's not there on user interfaces such as: main, inventory, and esc menu's. Unfortunately it just make's the game look blurry and gives me a quick headache.

Can we please get an option to disable the grain overlay. I'd like crisp graphics.

I'm playing on a 85 inch 4K screen using HDMI and I have perfectly clear graphics. Have you checked to make sure your graphics resolution matches the screen resolution?

There's some intentionnal grain but it should not be noticeable, it's there to avoid visible steps between colors that could occur without the grain.
Maybe you notice it because of the color/contrast settings of your screen.
I'll reduce it in next version.

It doesn't seem to do it at night with the flashlight on in the center view of the focus, but still has it around the edge of screen focus.
