Where is sapphire?

I really starting to hate this game just because of ore logic placement. Before it was phosphorus (fixed with patch) and now sapphire. Look here https://i.imgur.com/uLgFXmb.jpeg and guess what? no any single sapphire node. Why there tens of other "rare" nods and no any single in cold region? Just make it balances all over the map. This game is not about ore searches.

Do you play Echo Prime? There are no problems finding any ore on this one. Let's see what you say about the Ocean World maps and where the sapphire, amethyst, diamond, ruby ​​are... I found them all, but it's not easy.

Oh yes, I didn't even think about the other planets, I have the feeling that most people started with Echo Prime somehow! ;)
I also have no problem looking for something or preparing myself for the environments - for me that's just part of it... the game isn't that extensive at the moment and I don't want everything thrown at me! ;)

I finished Echo Prime and started the second map, and it is much more difficult, but also more interesting. I will not spoil it, but the distribution of resources there is completely different and you have to think carefully about where and what to produce.

I also have to check the radars again and possibly set them up again.
I recently tried to set up a radar across the whole area from the south and in the volcanic region, but after each new login they are no longer visible and I have to fly close to them to reactivate them... I don't really need them anymore either, as I now mine every resource, but it doesn't make any sense to bother! ;)

Actually it is about the ore mechanic , it's called game stage , stop trying to skip around the map and race to the end. There's plenty of the intended ore's once YOU figure out how to get to it.

Sidenote: Sapphire Nodes, despite not saying so in the UI, do not get revealed by radar (bugged or intentional), and you have to manually reveal it. I only found one single node until checking this thread and seeing screenshots of their locations.

So you'll have to land somewhere and jetpack around to see what's what.

Not really, through research you gradually unlock the visibility of the ores for the radar.

Once you unlock the Planet Analyser, each stage you complete will unlock another ore to be scannable.

Here is Stage 1 - once complete Sulfur ore will show on radar.

Oh, well. Guess that just means it is bugged in my game(?)
I placed scanners in a tight pattern all over the Frozen Islands, and it revealed ZERO Sapphire (besides the one I found manually), and I was already at the Atmosphere stage.
(Ruby, Amethyst and Uranium got revealed properly, though)

Went to the screenshot locations and it was only revealed when I looked straight at it.

It might be bugged in mine too, because I have finished the task that was supposed to reveal Sapphire nodes, but they haven't. And the whole map is covered by radars.

Same, sapphire never shows up on radar scans, even if you've completed the correct steps. I'm one step past where it was supposed to be (I unlocked scanning diamond a few steps ago) and I still can't see them. Thanks to the map above I was able to find a few though.

Same here. Have unlocked them for scanning but not showing up.
