Potential Chair Bug

After placing a chair in front of a workbench with a monitor directly in front of the chair, I was unable to exit the chair or even respawn. My coop partner had to come destroy the chair and workbench to enable me to escape. Just wanted to throw this out there in case anyone was doing any interior decorating.

I got stuck also. I backed up my game, then I exited to main menu. I then selected my world and loaded it. I was out of the chair. I then destroyed the evil chair so it can't trap me again.

I put the chair down as well and couldn't get out. Exited the game, reloaded and was standing on top of it. Destroy the evil chair! But I, of course, hit 'E' instead of 'X' and sat right back down in it. Derp. It's gone now. I'll just stand behind my table, looking through my glass windows at the ocean beyond.

Same, except I unfortunately had a desk right next to the chair, so after deleting the chair and respawning I was standing on the desk and clipping through the top of the hab. After respawning a couple of time while trying to erase the desks, I finally succeeded! Only problem was I was still stuck in the hab ceiling. Had to delete the hab and recreate it. No chairs for me...
