Crashing/black screen on startup

Hello, I have been experiencing a fatal error message on startup. I verified the game files, updated drivers, launched as admin, changed the compatibility mode, added the launch properties to dx11 and dx12. I was able to get the game to a black screen after loading but it does not respond and I have to force quit through task manager. Anyone find a fix or experiencing the same issues?

I'm having the same issues as well..I get it to load then it crashes or nothing loads in..

maybe try lowering your frame rate as well that might key word might help
