how to set custom resolution

hi i have 2 displays with same resolution , when i play in split screen mode i want to see player 1 in display 1 and player 2 in display 2. i extended my displays in windows settings but the problem is when i drag window , i player 1 for example only fills half of screen 1, my current resolution is 2560*1440 , how can i set a custom resolution in game such that it will become 5120*1440. (i changed GameUserSettings.ini settings but nothing happened)
