Host Should Be Able to Kick Griefers
Finished my first public run yesterday. Had a blast. The only thing that made my game miserable were the people who'd come in solely to grief our team. They should add a feature where the host is able to kick people and the kicked person is unable to rejoin the game. Aside from griefers, I had a blast.

No, only because then every lobby will kick every player that joins because nobody know how to host a private lobby in this game. 9/10 lobbies you join the host will ask you to leave because they didn't set a password. Maybe at best add a vote to kick option where every other player has to agree to kick someone, but only after doing something to make it more clear to hosts that they are making a public or private lobby.

If you do vote to kick, then the randoms that join would be able to kick the host and the host of the game has no business being kicked. They should be able to play how they want. With respect to your point about passwords, I'm fine with hosts asking you to leave because they didn't set a password--they're the host, so they get to do what they want. It's much better for you to simply leave the game after being asked to leave rather than you joining and ruining another person's session even if they didn't set their session to private.
