Getting error trying to launch.

Whenever my brother launches the game he gets this error. "A D3D11-compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0) is required to run the engine."
He has tried launching all 3 options for launch and it will say hes running the game but its not running or showing up.

Has anyone had this problem? Does anyone know any solutions?

hey so he restarted his pc and it started working but also had him go in properties and change his launch to which one is compatible (got my pc and my brothers its directx11 or something like that) But you might have to install t too if its not working

open steam so you see the game, then press the cogwheel and then create and then you have to press the one called install files and then press confirm that this game is installed koret
