How to bunnyhop?

I saw in some speedruns that people are chain jumping/bunny hopping but I don´t know how they do it.
Would anyone be down to explain me how it works?

bound the second jump button in controls to your scroll wheel and scroll every time you're about to land, if you combine it with strafing you can pick up quite a lot of speed and make some unintended jumps
