Bad optimization?

Got a radeon rx 5700xt, on high graphics my gpu usage is almost at 100, and the temps stay in the 100s even when i drop the graphics to low. is this just bad optimization?

Yes, the only fix is to play at 1280 x 720, capping the fps from nvidia control panel to 50 or less

Absolutely false statement. My CPU is better than the recommended one, and my GPU is pretty damn close to the recommended one performance wise. I should not be having these issues, unless the game is poorly optimized or there's some conflict with my GPU in particular.

Playing at 1280x720 at 40 fps with all low graphics seems to sort of fix it. gpu temps were at a steady 86 degrees, usage was also pretty low. thank you. but i do wish the developers optimize the game more

a simple game requiring a 1650 for 30 fps on lowest settings is crazy. in order to properly play the game you need something like a 1660 super
