Well, as Krille explained, it's not possible to launch with a sale. He said:

"You're not allowed to put a game on sale before 3 weeks has gone past release, this game came out 2 weeks ago, hence it's impossible."

Steam flat out doesn't allow it. So all those games that launch with a sale? They just don't actually exist.

Yeah we want a discount, not an introductory sale, it's two different things. And the introductory sale only lasts a few weeks, and after which, you won't be able to do ANY sale until 3 weeks pass from launch, so it's IMPOSSIBLE for this game to be on a discount right now
