Cant Play Online

When I start the game all the lobbies are at 9999 ping and i cant join any even through invites from friends. I dont have any network issues on anything else and Ive already restarted my pc, router, and uninstalled the game and reinstalled.
edit: Working Now. I had to open a port to get mine to work

I downloaded the first day and played with my friends no issue, but then today I get forcibly kicked with this 9k ping on all lobbies - so facing same issues after doing all that you did as well.

Me and my mates figured out the issue. You need to disable your anti-virus. It is blocking your connection. You can check if your antivirus is blocking your connection by searching up "windows defender firewall" and entering the control panel for it. You'll probably notice that your antivirus is controlling it and you'll see red. My mate had Norton360, disabling it wasn't enough, we actually had to uninstall it and restart his PC. Then it worked, the lobbies had proper pings. Hope this works for you!

I uninstalled Norton360, added a port to bypass my firewall or just disabling my firewall as a whole but nothing works. Launching the game makes my WHOLE internet lag for some reason and I've tried everything. I have 300mbps but launching it makes it become 50kbps as frequent spikes and disconects me from Steam

I had this problem, and the only way I could get it to work again, was turning on VPN before opening the game.
