Theater puzzle?

Got to the part of the theater with the four statues, gate, lever, and locked door. No idea how to progress the theater beyond this point, I feel like I've searched everything. Anyone have any hints?

EDIT: Also dev, saw the post about mixed reviews - don't get discouraged! This game is great and has extreme potential.

Nevermind, there's a key on the janitor mannequin in the bathroom.

Yup and I missed it too until I cheated and watch some walkthrough.
