I've played through everything the game has to offer so far. My current last mission is: “I am not your Father”: Return to Hanwell, Access the Hanwell Bypass, Find the Directors ID Card in the House of Parliament!
Unfortunately, I have no idea where this can be found. Any help would be appreciated. I've actually uncovered the whole map

Did you go to the Houses of Parliament already? The entrance is just by Big Ben.

I'm having trouble figuring out how to get out of the house of parliament. Can't go out the same way you came in

I think you have to place a gear you find in the clock tower into a slot that can be found in a small room beside the exit.
