Missables

Does anyone have a list of all the stuff that is permanently missable? Weapons, Armor, Items, Support Allies, and anything else that's special.

I was disappointed to find out that I missed the Hyperizer, for example, which significantly expands the flexibility you have with careful party setups for higher difficulties.

I assume that most of this stuff is just areas that you can't revisit after a certain point in the game. Which I think includes literally ALL plot-related areas from the beginning of the game up until you obtain a spacecraft (with the exception of the inside of the abandoned lab on Rhomu, and Gehenna); Enzo's place and Enzo's casino; the asteroid; the police station; and I'm guessing a few other things as I haven't quite finished yet. In other words, A LOT OF AREAS.

There are also at least a few things in areas that you can always visit, that become unavailable after a certain time. To my knowledge:
- The Clock (from the contest in the Millenial Fair... uh, excuse me, in Freedom Plaza)
- Paying the woman to fund the shop in Gehenna
- Trying to help the arrested citizen in Gehenna

It would be nice to assemble a checklist of missables (non-cash missables anyway). Or does such a thing already exist?
