Monsters & Munitions

Monsters & Munitions

So what exactly happened to this game?
I heard someone mentioning this in another forum and from the looks of it the developers ditched it, and Steam hasn't been offering refunds. Is any of this true, and can anyone confirm/deny/clarify this?

Part of my interest is because I've been telling people "of course Valve must have some deal with Early Access developers so if they try to run off they get in a lot of legal trouble", and I'd like to know if I have to go back and eat my words so to speak.

1. Yes you can get a refund but not because of legal rights. Because it clearly declare that is a risk if you buy a early access title. To get you refund you need to talk to the support it is up to them to give you refund. After 3-4 message they will offer it. Keep in mind be nice to them. (i also got a refund offer but i refused it)

2. It is unclear what happend to the devs. I talk to the support so they remove this game out of the Shop because the dev. run off i ague with the support about that is now some kind of trap because it is unclear that this title is still in development. Also that because of no respond of any of my message it show that also the mainwebsite of this game is clearly not used anymore. Because of this reason the support change some stuff in the store now you have a reminder that a game maybe not be finished also they remove this game out of the store.

°o°: Im sorry to hear that but you see this game is not worked on for months so it is pretty clear that the dev didnt want to finish there game so i found it only fair to protected another customers agianst this fraud.

Snip
I don't remember reading anywhere that "it's a risk if you buy a early access title", in the sense that you may not get a full product. Still, thanks for your reply.
