Game will not load at all. PC

Download went smooth, no issues, but the game will not load. I was dumb enough to buy it through Steam this time though. I don't expect any Help from Steam, their so called Support Sucks. Looks like I just wasted $50.

Try to validate the game or delete it and install again. Also reboot your computer and check what drivers you got. Finally there might be other apps on your comp that interfere with the game. Try shutting them off. Like Fraps for instance.

Wish it was that simple. I cannot Validate the game, I did not receive a Product Key with my Purchase. I am probably screwed yet again by Steam. They have taken my $$$ before and never resolved or refunded my $$$. Fraps should not be an issue for MotoGP14, it never bothered any of their previous games. MotoGP13, SBKG, SBK11, SBK10, SBK09, MotoGp08, SBK08, etc. It is also never On unless I am using it. Drivers are fine, no other Apps or Programs exist on my System that would interfere and I have rebooted several times. I'm not surprised, I knew beter than to trust Steam. I know I am out the $50, so I will have to pay for the game again, but download it from the other Vendors. I just wish they Released it on DVD like they did with MotoGP13, then I would not have lost my $$ with Steam.

I'm Saved...it is out on DVD in the UK as usual. Ordering now, F Steam! I know I will never hear a peep from them and they will not refund my $$$.

Go into the game folder and try and launch it from the exe in there, if you get an error you are missing a dll file. If you can start the game but just cant validate it you need a gmail account to receive the validaion email.

yep i get actually the same on my desk top. ( running windows 7) But it works, kinda, on my lap top ( windows 8 ) but runs really slowly. Tried re-intalling and lauching from exe file but no good. Trid to contact support, what a f**king joke that is!!

I have a gmail account, but I never received a validation email, only a receipt for my purchase. The game will not load at all. I'm just going to order the DVD from the UK like I always do. I should have waited, now it cost me $50. Steam never contacts me for anything, so no refund coming my way.

I had the exakt same problem on my Windows 8 laptop. But then i tried to start the game from the folder where it´s installed and got "Missing vcomp100.dll file". Did some googling and found out that i needed to install Microsoft Visual Studios. And after that it works perfectly.

When starting the game on a fresh install of Windows 8, nothing would happen. I installed Visual C++ from the link above and that fixed the issue for me.

Net.Framework 4.0--- 4.5 and 4.5.2 install ok

microsoft visual c++ 2010 (x86--x64) install

microsoft visual c++ 2012 (x86--x64) install

microsoft visual c++ 2013 (x86--x64) install

DirectX 11 update and start button game Ok......

Thanks for the help. Sorry, I have been real busy. I gave up and Steam kept all my $$$. They have never refunded a single penny to me and I was dumb enough to buy 3 different games that never worked for one reason or another. :-(
