Hi everyone,

feel free to use this thread to report any bug, glitch or issue about MotoGP™14 Videogame. Our team will update this topic if a patch or a fix will be released.

Please remember to ALWAYS specify:
- On what platform are you playing (if PC, describe your computer’s specifications).
- How many time did you experienced the bug.
- A detailed description on where/when did the bug showed up.
Even if not every new entry will be answered, our team will sure keep an eye on this thread’s updates.

[UPDATE October 23rd 2014]

Due to extraordinary works of maintenance on MotoGP™14 Videogame server, PC users may experience difficulties on all the online modes all day long. The online network will be restored by the end of the day.

The patch is available for all the videogame platforms and Steam™ users will download it automatically starting from today.

Moto2™ - Moto3™ DLC and Laguna Seca Redbull US Grand Prix DLC are NOW AVAILABLE on STEAM.

If you can't find the DLC, please check the following path:

Library -> MotoGP14 -> right click and select "Properties" -> DLC -> flag the content you want to install.

We inform our community that all the issues reported in this topic have been forwarded to our devs. We will update you any soon regarding the development of a patch and other fixes.

Due to technical inconveniences the release date of Moto2-Moto3 and Laguna Seca DLCs on Steam has experienced an unexpected postponement.
Milestone is deeply sorry about this time delay.

I'm playing on the PC platform.
I have a problem in game videos,
when I play a video it just does not play
getting a black screen, before entering the race when it shows the video of the track also is a black screen.
I'm using Windows 8.1.

Nah that can't be right, I've has the LS track for ages, I'm only lvl 20 something now, maybe (guess) I had it since L5

Intel core i5 760, 8 go DDR3, Nvidia GTX 660 2GB, Windows 7 SP1

A quick test after the first patch, there are still lot of bugs :

- still hard aliasing even with full resolution and graphic options
- still can't exit the game after career mode
- the rider still fall straight ahead


Can we expect the end of this paid beta before 2015?

Other big fix expected : the IA don't mind about us, so it results by lot of aberrant crashes in pro riding

With the last update the game has been destroyed! You can not even look back! I find it very sad as Milestone treats his customers! This game was not cheap! (40 €)

Apologies. I misunderstood.
Mine also does that, although I don't know how long it has been that way,
I always play with helmet cam so I hadn't noticed :)

13 and 14 are F'd up in their own ways but 14 could be considered worse because we all had higher expectations for the 14 version. I thought they would at least fix the problems 13 had and simply make the 14 better. They are both flawed products. Yes, you can still buy 13 but what i have experienced about a month ago, there is no more multiplayer on 13.

Also when will we get team and rider changes and bike livery changes?
