I'm looking for a motocross game that has a "freeplay" type mode like MotoCross Madness 2

I just remember playing in 30 minute bursts just riding around big maps and doing tricks and stuff. It was great fun.

No, not at all! Mostly racing which the developers cant even get that right. I'd wait for another game to come out.

Well Motocross Madness 2 had some of the best free ride areas, heh. This game though is so much better with realistic physics, crisp graphics, and real tracks. But it definitely needs some free ride areas just to casually ride around and explore. Every real rider likes to go out and play ride - it's not all about the track. I still think the game is worth buying just for the crisp graphics, realistic physics, and real tracks. But an MX game should always have freeride just for goofing around and exploring. But please nothing like the crap from MX vs ATV Alive/Reflex. Those freeride areas where horrible (barren/bland).

MCM2 had such nice diverse freeride areas. I'd even like to see some nice trail riding with challenging muddy and rutted up trails and hill climbs. A nice hilly golf course would be fun to tear up! lol. Maybe some sand pit/quarry areas. Some wooded trail riding areas with small streams/creeks to splash through... Sand dunes... Farm Lands... Construction sites... Abandon railroads.. The possibilities are endless... But please nothing too bland and barren like Mx vs ATV. Each freeride area should have some more diversity within each map and the latest MX vs ATV games freeride areas look like they where created with a random terrain generator from the Far Cry 3 editor and then nothing else added, lol.
