MXGP2 wishlist
Realisticly, what do you want MXGP2 to have in order for you to buy it. If they come out and claim "new graphics, updated riders, and better handling" I will not be buying it.
I would like to see:
Ability to be on own team and put sponsors on bike/jersey. I think every racing game needs this ability
Obviosuly updated graphics. They MXGP was decent but the track needs work
Better handling. I thought the right thumbstick was a little "stiff"
Since this is "sponsored" by MXGP (or so I thought I read somewhere), I understand there is not much hope for a build your own track mode. I have been wanting this feature on modern racing games for so long now.
More interaction/ something other than racing: For example what if you could slowly build uop your house/base. First start with a nothing, like the mxgp "homebase". Then as you progress you could have a small track you can practice on. Kind of like a freemode. Then as you get better and rank up you can get a bigger track/different scenery and be able to use different bikes. I think something needs to be added because MXGP was kind of stale. The racing was fun but got kind of old after two races.
Better bike upgrades (once again, this is only possible if they put the allwoed to be on your own team feature)
These features are for single player only. I could care less about the multiplayer aspect but if people have suggestions other than less lag/waiting times, say them!

Playable multi player, 2 strokes, some kind of free roam or hare races? Continued support after release!!!
2 strokes: The MX2 and MX1 state that 2 strokes are within them, but on the game you can't use any. I really want MXGP 2 to have them.

Better handling variation upon different tracks: All of the tracks felt the same wether it was hard packed or sand. Hopefully in the next game they would maybe make it more realistic (Back tire sinks lower in sand and front tire can twist easier in sandy corners, etc.)

More gearsets: I understand the ideas of lisencing in the first game, but hopefully in the next game teams at least have multiple options as of what they can wear. Maybe 3 varied gearsets per team?

Better starts: The ready/set/go! style was okay, but sort of unrealistic. It'd be better to have you unaware of when the gate will drop so it's more realistic and leaves you on edge. And also, maybe if you start to early you're front tire will lock in the gate! :steamhappy: (I don't understand why motocross games haven't done this already, although I think that MX Simulator might do that.

Red Number Plate: When you're in the lead for a championship or defending a title, having the red number plate and the option to make yourself #1 is realistic. I hope they make that an option in MXGP 2 because it would help enhance the experience even more.

Multiplayer: It was laggy and buggy, but there weren't too many patches or bugs to fix the issues. Hopefully in MXGP 2 Milestone Games will put alot of focus into it (Which I believe they are).

It's confirmed that they're doing an MX of Nations alternate gamemode, so I guess that wish is fullfilled!

I also like your idea on a compound. The idea of an area for practicing in the off season and testing your bike as you tune it in different ways. It wouldn't have to be a huge map by any means, but a practice track would be pretty cool.

Either way, these are really big requests. Those are just wishes of mine, but in all honesty I'm very happy that they're making another MXGP game. I didn't know they were planning on it. I hope that over the years they continue making these MX games, because I'll sure buy them!

I would start with firing your sound engineer!! It wouldnt matter if there were 2 stroke's?? their cheap engineers would just make the bikes all sound the same!! And thats on a good day when the audio doesnt die every 2 races!!! And I've also heard better engine effects on an atari 2600!!
OMFG!! this is 2015!! And Moto GP 2015 is the same way,, V-twin Honda sounds exactly the same as 4cyl Yamaha!! For The Love of God!!! Just Import the audio files from Moto GP 08,,
They sound beautifu!!!,, and plays perfectly to this day.. I am not investing one more penny into this company until they repair this infantile audio experiance!!!!
