MXGP Won't launch - VCOMP100.dll

So, I had MXGP working (except multiplayer) on my old PC, but on my new computer it won't start. I have tried the following:

· Validate files
· Uninstall / Reinstall the game
· Turn OFF Cloud services in Steam
· Uninstall / Reinstall the game
· Launch game from MXGP.exe (run as administrator) - Error Msg. Missing VCOMP100.dll
· Run game as administrator in Win 7 compatibility mode
· Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable (x64)
· VCOMP100.dll is present in my System32 dir.
· Uninstall / Reinstall the game after install of VCOMP100.dll

I feel that I've tried everything now to get this game to run. Hopefully someone here has an idea of something else that I could try.

Same exact issue here. I've done the same things as well. Fresh install of Windows 10 x64 1803.

it's like milestone has deleted this file trought an update

Installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)[www.microsoft.com] worked for me.
