You have Win 8.1? Same for me, v-sync only works in Windowed mode...
I've not needed to do this, but perhaps others will benefit from lowering/turning off anti-aliasing.
I didn't even think about trying this. It works in other games but I forgot to do it with WRC. Cheers.
I played it at launch just fine no lag at all, now I've come back to play the game it's a stuttering mess and the only thing I've changed in my setup is replaced my monitor with a gsync one (which is rather annoying)

They've abandoned ship on this series, and the same goes for MotoGP.
Well it was working great but I've come back to the game after many months not playing it and it's now a stuttering mess, yet the fps never drops below 50? Weird.
