and why would you want to do a skill reset, just curious? I’m partly through new game + and Aurora is level 70, she practically has all abilities.
Obviously it doesn't appeal to you in that way, meaning that the game isn't meant for you because much of this game's focus is on it's storytelling and how it tells it, just look at the way it is marketed. If this was your Nth playthrough i might get it but it isn't. That doesn't mean anything but that you should find games which focus more on the battle system itself because that's what you enjoy.
Back on topic, there isn't a skill reset and as the above poster mentioned just spam A to power through all the dialogue. In NG+ it is highly likely that you will unlock most, if not the whole skill tree of all the characters so you don't need to fret about it. I can't really remember what level I finished my first NG+ at but you don't need to get all the 2 Skill point skills to be able to finish NG+ comfortably especially if you utilise Gen, the God of paralysis.
FWIW though, I spammed A around midway of NG+ because I preferred the battle system and world artwork much more than the story.
If you ask me how I know, I'll just say I know a tree...
