That even more than UPlay-related things shows just how much Ubi cares for it's customers.
Besides, their fingers would not snap or store page would not crubmle in mess of bytes if they written it.
TBH all games recently have specified 'processor <insert name> or similar' and it has never been an issue in the past, I am sure others may fall foul of this, I don't feel its the companies fault at all - they specified that processor or higher, its just that the PC community doesnt always think that way, and with over 900 games in my collection its the first time I have had this issue and thought nothing of buying this title on my current machine :)
I am not here to argue the rights or wrongs of this, just merely to warn other users to steer clear of the game if they have a certain setup
Year of release of the minimum listed CPU: 2008
Nothing to see here, move on people. It's about time you're all being forced to upgrade anyways.
However, I think you're pushing your luck a little if you're still buying new releases for something that old.
I was thinking the same thing when I saw this thread. Notice they don't even tell you what graphics API they target anymore, either. Now it's just, 'Requires SM 3.0 compatible graphics card' rather than 'Requires OpenGL 3.0' or the like. And then most games say 'Requires DirectX 9.0c' when it has nothing to do with graphics but is referring to input or sound requirements. That always seems to confuse people as to whether they're even playing a Direct3D or OpenGL game!
I wish system requirements were more specific like in the old days.
That's a shame.
