Can't Complete Bolmus Inferno/No Chest (see screenshot)

I believe I'm supposed to fight 4 reapers for this quest. I've fought 3 of them, the 4th being in a chest. I tried looking up solutions and at first I thought I was having the same problem that many other people were having and I was just overlooking the chest with the reaper but : http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=810835277 It's definitely not even there. I've tried fast traveling to a different location and back, logging out and back into the game, even uninstalling and reinstalling, and I can't finish this quest. :/ Is there anybody with the same issue or a solution?

I think theres 2 chests with bad guys . Did you go though that door after spike puzzle ?

Yes, I did, and I opened the first chest with the reaper. I've gone through the entire area several times.

There were people complainin about it before but I am not sure if they found solution .

What happens if you die to them ? Maybe it will reset count

At the bottom right of the area, there is a red and grey chest the same colour as the ledge it is sitting on. This contains one of the reapers you have to defeat.
