Additional Ether gained is bugged
We are not getting any additional ether from the % ether gained stat. For example, I just killed a ghost that said 41 ether and I have 45% ether gained but only got 28 ether. 28 * 1.45 = 40.6 so the ghost displayed the correct amount but the game does not award the correct amount.
