Do I really need to wired my dualsense to play with haptic and adaptive?
I just bought my dualsense to play with PC, I read on PcGamingWiki "Games with adaptive trigger and haptic feedback support" list and I see "Connection" tab is "Wired/Wireless" on this game and I have a question "Do both Wired/Wireless is support with haptic and adaptive? or just only Wired?

To get the full effects like on the ps5 it has to be wired. It's because haptic data runs on acoustic data which over a single Bluetooth receiver is not possible while simultaneously providing input data. The ps5 has 8 Bluetooth receivers (2 per controller) to do it all wirelessly

So why is it wired/wireless on pcgamingwiki?
It partially works wireless. The triggers will do a tiny bit of resistance but literally all of the haptics such as "feeling the grass", and the 3d/doppler waterfalls and campfires are missing. I know what to expect from it bc I played it on ps5. I tried it on pc wireless at first and noticed the missing effects. Wired restored it to console parity. Also, disable steam input for this in the game settings (thru steam library not in-game) otherwise you won't even get the trigger resistance.

Unfortunately there is no software or driver solution because Bluetooth 5.0 is limited to 2mb/s bandwidth and windows will absolutely not play nice with more than 1 Bluetooth receiver.

The ds4 controller had an official sony dongle that gave full wireless functionality on pc but it was a proprietary dual Bluetooth device. Windows itself didn't 'see' it as a Bluetooth receiver, but as a controller and audio chip instead.

Thank you, I got it but few more question: I just bought DSX on Steam, does it matter? What functions will DSX help with?
Idk since I don't have dsx. I just use steam's built-in controller software
